 Susan Nemec is the co-founder and the VP Business Development at CXA Recruiting. Susan is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 20 years of service to the accounting and finance community. Susan has spent many years hiring, training and mentoring accounting professionals. Prior to moving full time into the recruitment and placement of finance and accounting professionals, Susan held senior positions such as VP Finance and Systems of the Moffat Canadian Cable group, Corporate Controller of The City of Winnipeg and many years as a Senior Assurance Manager with a Big Four Public Accounting firm. Susan has held various volunteer positions including Past President of the Winnipeg Chapter of Financial Executives International (and current National Board and Audit Committee member); past Vice Chair of the Board of the Health Sciences Centre and Chair of its Audit Committee, past Treasurer of the Convention Centre and the Manitoba Research Council. Susan is very involved with the Manitoba Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba. In 2010, Susan was awarded her FCA (Fellowship) Designation which recognizes distinction in her career and her ongoing service to the CA Profession and community.
 Joelle Caron is the co-founder and the VP Recruitment Services at CXA Recruiting. Joelle has over 9 years experience in recruiting finance and accounting professionals. Previously, Joelle was employed by an International recruiting firm where she was one of the founders of the Winnipeg office and was instrumental in developing the permanent placement business in the Winnipeg marketplace. During her tenure, Joelle reached President’s Club status which classified her in the top 30 in the world for the Company. Joelle has over 16 years of hands-on accounting and finance experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, service, transportation and real estate. Joelle advanced from junior accounting positions to management roles and has transferred her experiences to coach and advise candidates through their own career progression. Joelle is a member of the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Association (CME) and the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) and has formed strong relationships with the local chapters of both the Certified General Accountants (CGA) and Certified Management Accountants (CMA) associations.
 Jessica Levitt, B.A. is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with CXA Recruiting. Jessica manages client accounts for CXA Recruiting, placing experienced finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions. Jessica has specialized in recruitment and selection over the past five years servicing clients in multiple industries, including manufacturing, education, service, non-profits, public practice and crown corporations. Jessica graduated from the University of Manitoba with her Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. She continued her education and graduated from the University of Winnipeg with her Human Resources Management Diploma. As an experienced Human Resources Professional and an expert in the staffing industry, Jessica is committed to finding the best and most suitable candidates for her clients.
 Janice Croft is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with CXA Recruiting. Janice is in her 6th year of recruiting and has specialized in the placement of finance and accounting professionals over the past 3 years. Janice is a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and a supporter of CGA and CMA conferences and networking events. In her past life, Janice held positions in accounting and purchasing and she brings this skill set to help her many clients and candidates alike. Janice is the proud recipient of a “Gold Award for Customer Service” and a “General Managers Award”. Janice’s clients have said that she really listens to their needs and a candidate once said “Janice, you have the personality to attract people to you. I felt comfortable from the first time I met you and really appreciated your upbeat attitude”. Janice is a true people person. She is known for her ability to find humour in any situation and she is admired for her straight forward approach. Her ability to celebrate life allows Janice to make the most out of her relationships, both professionally and personally.
 Dianna Bilinski is an Accountant and Research Analyst with CXA Recruiting. With Dianna's many years of experience within the professional services industry, including 10 years with the Society of Management Accountants (CMAs' Associations) of Alberta and Saskatchewan, Dianna has developed a solid understanding of the accounting industry, member services and finance administration. Her strong communication skills, perceptiveness, and keen sense of timing will be an asset to CXA Recruiting, our clients and candidates alike. Throughout her career, Dianna was well known for her enthusiasm, warmth and respect for members and their professional objectives. Dianna graduated from the Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, Manitoba and brings over 10 years of experience to CXA Recruiting in a combination of senior accounting and member service roles.
 Pamela Masotti is the CXA Recruiting Office Manager. With approximately 5 years of experience in a Senior Administrative Support role in the recruiting/job placement industry, Pamela has a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Her attention to detail, quality service delivery and client and candidate relations make Pamela a great resource. Pamela understands the accounting and finance industry and she understands the confidentiality and the timeliness required to properly service our clients and candidates. Throughout all of her previous places of employment, Pamela was well known for her dedication, resourcefulness and interpersonal skills. Pamela graduated from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario and brings over 18 years of experience to CXA Recruiting in senior administrative roles from a variety of service industries.
